Breakfast On the Go recipe

Good morning! Want a healthy breakfast recipe? 
I want to share what I made today. Its cheap, quick and easy (best for people on the go). This morning I made tuna sandwich. Here's what you need:


Tuna in can
onions
Tuna spread
sugar

wheat bread
  • drain and flake (use fork)  tuna in can
  • chop onions
  • add 1-2 tablespoons of tuna spread ( or sandwich spread)\
  • add half teaspoon of sugar
  • mix them all together
 -spread mixture over your choice of wheat bread. I always buy Merci or Bakers wheat bread. Keep the extra mixture inside your refrigerator.

Every morning i just drink coffee, hit the shower, wrap something up for breakfast and bring it to work.

  1. Anothare suggestion gi for breakfast is egg sandwich. Hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Amo na ginbalon ko sa work kung aga.
